Securing the number 1 organic search result listing for 'Estate Agent in Darlington'

This project involved the implementation of Ann Cordey's newly designed branding, helping improve brand recognition for the 25 years established estate agent among residents of Darlington.

The core focus of this project was a bespoke integration of the Vebra Alto API, the estate agents property software used by their team on a daily basis for property listings and client management.

Further, unique property search and filtering features allows prospective buyers to view properties based on a variety of criteria, and unlike any other Estate Agent in the Darlington area, the search function is based on 'street level' search through the integration of OpenStreetMap, providing significant savings on usage costs compared with other services such as Google Streetmap, and allowing visitors to find properties by their exact area of interest.

Additional features such as 'related properties' can sort on ward-level locations and criteria such as price, property type and other property features.

The result is a website that is fully automated, importing and updating property listings on a daily basis, adding no administrative overhead whilst creating increased visibility for their clients' properties online.

Since its launch, the new website has generated increased viewing requests, enquiries and property valuations - having secured a first place listing for multiple keywords on Google Search.
